Goodwood Health & Wellbeing is delighted to introduce a brand-new series of around-the-year Wellness Stays. These one-night mini retreats are designed to give you a little reset in a supportive, cossetting environment especially targeting specific issues you may want to address.

Just by stepping out of your usual day-to-day life, spending quality time on you, paying attention to your physical and mental health for a blissful 24 hours indulging in specially-curated treatments, eating delicious, nourishing food from our very own organic Home Farm, and getting a deep and blissful night’s sleep, you can really start to see the difference in your mood, confidence and resilience; you could say, almost overnight.

The Wellness Stays take place at The Goodwood Hotel, at the heart of our 11,000-acre Sussex estate. There will be plenty of time to explore the many secluded woodland walks around the estate while you’re with us. You can even bring your four-legged friend along as Goodwood is more than a little bit dog-friendly.

Menopause Moments of Calm

Menopause is a time when a little bit of extra support can be just the thing to get on top of symptoms which can occur during this time of transition. Our Wellness Stay is the perfect pit-stop to help support your hormone balance through collagen-rich nutritional dishes, calming treatments, and the chance to unwind in the glorious Sussex countryside totally.

  • An overnight stay in a quiet room at The Goodwood Hotel gives you the chance to relax and rejuvenate.
  • Personalised curated schedule – tell us what you need, and we will design a supporting pack to help you make the most of your wellbeing experience at Goodwood.

We can’t promise to stop the world spinning on our Rest & Recover Wellness Stay, but we can help you to manage cortisol levels, calm you with a range of personalised therapies, feed you satisfying, good-for-you plates of deliciousness and give you the run of Goodwood’s great outdoors so that you can take a breath.

  • An overnight stay at The Goodwood Hotel which will calm and restore you.
  • A personalised curated schedule and supporting pack to help you make the most of your time with us.
